No.  This can be a home based operation.  Your clients will “host” your classes at their locations.

Is this a full time or part time career?
Be prepared to make this a full time job.  The nature of the job makes the Fitbound franchise flexible compared with the typical 9-5 job, but to be successful, it really needs to be a full time job.
